Gast Waltzing is back at the Philharmonie in Luxembourg for the Luxembourgish premiere screening of the Oscar winner Alexandre Espigares ‘White Fang’. The contemporary animated-film response to Jack London’s adventure classic received a warm welcome at the festival Sundance, where it was premiered worldwide. For this screening, the brand new film will be accompanied by live-music, performed by the original line-up, conducted by one of the composers, the Grammy award winner Gast Waltzing.
Mr. Waltzing will also perform in Morbegno (IT), at the Auditoirum Sant’ Antonio on March 17th. After their successful collaboration at the New Year’s concert in Luxembourg, Gast Waltzing and the Orchestra Antonio Vivaldi will perform together with the pianist Riccardo Zanghirolami for a varied programme, featuring Richard Addinsell’s Warsaw Concerto and some film scores’ masterpieces. This concert marks Waltzing’s Italian debut as a conductor.
