ROME on tour to present their latest album ‘Hall of Thatch’

The Folk/Rock band ROME has kicked off the year with the new album ‘Hall of Thatch’, released mid-January on the German label Trisol Music Group. Here is what Jerome Reuter, the band-leader, says about it:  “The album is not the peaceful end product of the being one wants to be, but it expresses the struggle that leads to this point. In reality, we have more of a problem letting go. This negotiation on the way from one state to the other I try to make audible on the album. Where do I stand, who am I, who do I want to be, where do I want to go, and what do I have to give up? The songs are the individual stages of this journey. The last song is more peaceful than the others. I've already achieved something. It is not the summit of Mount Everest, but rather the base camp. I can not sing about anything else, because I am not yet further. “ (Source)
