Violinist Alena Baeva, performed at the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall this past January. Baeva performed with the “New Russia” State Symphony Orchestra, conducted by renowned conductor Kristjan Järvi; dubbed as the archetype of the 21st century artist by French magazine “ResMusica”.
In February Baeva will perform for two nights at the NHK Hall in Tokyo, Japan with the NHK Symphony Orchestra under Estonian conductor Paavo Järvi. In March, Baeva will return to Moscow to perform Mozart’s Violin Concerto No5 with the Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra, this time conducted by Leoš Svarovsky. The Luxembourg based violinist is recognised as one of the finest violinst’s of her generation. She has also performed with Orchestras such as the Mariinsky Orchestra, the German Radio Orchestra, the National Orchestra of Belgium, with conductors like Vladmir Jurowski, Valery Gergiev, Kryzstof Pendrecki and Sir Neville Marriner to name only a few.
