C’est Karma releases new EP “Farbfilm”

C’est Karma has released her new EP Farbfilm on German label Radicalis! This new record shows once again her powerful socially and politically relevant music by featuring five songs, each one telling a different meaningful story.

Three of the advanced singles set the tone for the EP : “Fist Fight” is about violence and the fight between reason and instinct, “Pool Party” depicts the feeling of being stared at by men who have the power to make women feel uneasy, and “Industrial Salt” talks about migration and tells the story of C’est Karma’s family leaving Portugal in the 1970’s.

Early press:

“C’est Karma’s haunting balladry hits new highs with ’Post'” - The Line of Best Fit

“Despite sounding soft, quiet and innocent, C’est Karma’s artistic side is loud. Pool Party is an expression of feminism, with lyrics discussing women receiving unwanted stares from men at the beach. This track is likely relatable to any women who has ever felt self-conscious and objectified.” - Safe & Sound

- Musikexpress
